PAINDEMIE brings three concepts together at Kinkerstraat 122 in Amsterdam.
By day: Viral Japanese Bakery, serving Japanese sandos, honey butter toast, matcha drinks, cream sodas and viral bakery creations.
From 17:02 o'clock: PAINDEMIE Restaurant & Speakeasy Bar, with signature Smash Sando Burgers on homemade pain de mie bread, homemade toasties, sauces, cocktails and bar specials. Liva and Christina are ready to spoil you.
Every Friday: MOYŌ by chef and owner Guillaume de Beer,
an intimate, exclusive omakase experience with bluefin toro and Japanese wagyu as the main ingredients. On Fridays, PAINDEMIE also stays open for regular dinner reservations, so guests can still come for the normal menu, cocktails and bar specials.
