MOYŌ is our exclusive Toro & Wagyu concept, hosted in the hidden PAINDEMIE Speakeasy Bar every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evening.

 

In true PAINDEMIE style, we serve a chef’s choice tasting menu of either five or eight courses built almost exclusively around two of Japan’s most prized ingredients: Toro and Wagyu. Rich, rare, and unforgettable — these are the products that define the very best Japanese dining experiences, and we’ve created a menu that puts them at the center.

 

PAINDEMIE continues as usual for our regular guests and we welcome them upstairs if space allows.
